Congratulations on reaching this stage in your journey to LPC licensure!

Your dedication and hard work have brought you to this pivotal point, and now it’s time to find the right supervision to support your growth and success. I take a collaborative approach to LPC Supervision, providing a balance of direct feedback and allowing space for you to explore your own ideas and solutions. My passions include integrating holistic practices into mental health, mentoring future mental health entrepreneurs and empowering BIPOC clinicians to bridge the gap in mental health care. This supervision process is designed to support both your professional and personal growth, fostering confidence in providing the best care to your clients, while teaching you what graduate school did not cover!

With over 12 years of clinical experience, I provide trauma- and culturally informed supervision designed to foster a supportive, nonjudgmental, and encouraging environment. I co-founded the BIPOC Professional Network, a group dedicated to offering cultural & diversity CEUs and fostering connections among BIPOC mental health clinicians in the DFW. I am passionate about helping LPC-Associates gain evidence-based strategies and resources to best support their clients' needs, which I believe is one of the most invaluable skills to develop.

My ideal LPC-Associate...

I am excited to work with clinicians who possess a strong ethical foundation and work ethic, who are willing to learn, are open to feedback, and are devoted to their own personal and professional development including attending therapy (as needed) and continuing education.
