Online lpc supervision in texas
Congratulations on reaching this stage of your journey to LPC Licensure! Your dedication and hard work have brought you to this pivotal point, and now it’s time to find the right supervision to support your growth and success. I take a collaborative approach to online LPC Supervision, providing a balance of direct feedback and allowing space for you to explore your own ideas and solutions. My passions include integrating holistic practices into mental health, mentoring future mental health entrepreneurs and empowering BIPOC clinicians to bridge the gap in mental health care. This online supervision process is designed to support both your professional and personal growth, fostering confidence in providing the best care to your clients, while teaching you what graduate school did not cover!
With over 12 years of clinical experience, I provide trauma- and culturally informed supervision designed to foster a supportive, nonjudgmental, and encouraging environment. LPC-associates benefit from hands-on experience with DBT, polyvagal theory, and attachment-focused therapy, amongst other therapy modalities with the goal to discover how versatile your skills can be across various areas of the mental health field.
What my LPC-Associates say:
“I feel very supported and validated, with a safe space to explore my own conclusions.”
“Asking insightful questions that prompt self-reflection has been incredibly helpful.”
“Supervision not only helps me find the answers on my own but also provides invaluable resources that guide me as a new clinician.”
